Mark has been the best, every step of the way. First time home buyer, immediately felt at ease and safe with mark! Would recommend to friends and family alike! Cant say enough about marks personal touch. He got to know me and my son on a personal level to help better understand our needs.

Chris was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling my home beginning with determining selling price through settlement. Her team guided me in preparing and staging my home to make it ready for showing. We were in constant contact and her responsiveness was great. Thank you Chris.

Aum was amazing to work with during our search to buy our first house. He was always available and responsive throughout the entire process and went above and beyond in his services. Our purchase required a lot of back and forth negotiating with the sellers and Aum handled everything with class and made sure we came out happy with the terms of negotiation. His attention to detail, availability, and attitude towards his job makes Aum an easy referral to anyone who is looking to buy/sell their home.

Donnamarie did an outstanding job assisting us with the process of selling our two properties in Lewes, DE and in Harbeson DE. She is very professional and an excellent communicator. She is extremely resourceful and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is a very personal and kind person and very easy to work with. We truly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a great experience selling their home.

Aum helped us purchase our first home and we are so excited to create memories in our new home. Aum provided great guidance and advice, patiently responded to our questions and our familys questions, helped us navigate unprecedented challenges, and was patient and supportive throughout our home search process especially since we spent months trying to find the right home for us.
