ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an amazing experience working with Aum to find our dream home! From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Aum took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process with ease. Aum was always available to answer our questions, provide valuable insights, and make sure we felt confident in our decisions. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we found the perfect home and couldnt be happier! If youre looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend Aum!
ZillowVERIFIEDI don't think I can fit everything here on how Amazing Aum was in selling mu house. Hands down one of the best decisions I made was contact Aum. He answered anytime of day to answer question. Told me what to expect and when to expect it. Any hiccups that came our way he handled like a pro. Never once did I have to worry. I would highly recommend Aum if you are in the market to sell or buy a home. You cannot go wrong with Aum.
ZillowVERIFIEDAum is an amazing agent! We have been looking at houses over the years trying to get to a better school district. Thank to him we were able to do this. We hit a lot of roadblocks with our VA loan and the house we choose for inspectable items such as the well test coming back with bacteria but he made it a smooth transaction. We did not have to worry about anything. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. Thank you so much for all of your hard work in getting us our dream/forever home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAum helped me sell my brother's townhouse when he had a heart attack and had to go into a nursing home. I live in Texas but came to Maryland to help my brother with his affairs. It was a very stressful time and Aum helped reduce the stress by helping with much more than the sale of the house. He went above and beyond the basic work of a realtor. He provided me with contacts needed to make repairs to the house and a lot of guidance on what needed to be done and what was unnecessary. Aum is very knowledgeable on real estate matters and the local area. I had full confidence in him and always trusted his advice about the sale. I felt like I had a good friend helping me not just a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the start of our home search journey to the end of our closing, Aum guided us every step of the way. He went above and beyond with sending us new home listings that matched our criteria, comparing numbers between mortgage companies, ensuring our home was built up to code and getting us the best bang for our buck - especially in todays market! As new homebuyers, Aums knowledge in the field was extremely important and appreciated. He took the time to explain each step in great detail, so we always knew what to expect. He remained professional, was persistent with making sure we got the best of everything and was highly responsive to emails and calls. We truly had a positive experience with Aum and highly recommend his services.
ZillowVERIFIEDJust closed on my condo and I could not have asked for a better buyers agent. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was my first home purchase, so I had a lot of questions. He guided me each step of the way. Thank you Aum!
