I decided to move from renting to buying but had no clue how to go about doing this. I didn't know where to look or what to look for. Jim helped us find some very good options and even gave us some great insight on the homes we visited. Being a young buyer I was afraid of being vulnerable and making mistakes but Jim helped us through every problem or worry we encountered along the way. My wife and I were recently in the market for a vacation property. We knew very little about the NC mountains other than the camp grounds that we had been to.
