Northeast Realty

Jack did an amazing job and acted in a very professional and personal manner and always had our best interests at heart. He stood by us every step of the way and made Buying our forever home an amazing experience.

Jack was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This was my first time buying a house and he made a challenging process much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.

We engaged Jack Thyfault to sell a home (and property) for us that we owned in Chenango County. The home belonged to a deceased family member, and we live over a thousand miles away. We have few contacts in the area, and when we began looking for a realtor who was well-regarded, we went to our banker in Norwich for a recommendation, and Jacks name was first on the list. Bottom line: he did a fantastic job, and I would certainly use him again. Specific points: aEURc Responsive - both by phone and email aEURc Accessible aEUR" we never had a hard time getting in touch with him aEURc Valuation aEUR" he knows the local market well and provided us with an estimate of value in excess of what we had estimated aEURc Pleasant manner aEUR" he is a nice guy and is easy to work with aEURc Honest / trustworthy aEUR" in every interaction he was above board. We had zero doubts about giving Jack access to a home full of antiques and other valuables. aEURc Creative aEUR" when we had a number of interested parties, Jack created a process that resulted in several offers coming in at the same time (he made a deadline), with two offers above the asking price. aEURc Use of technology aEUR" Jack brought a drone out to the property, which is near a river, and took photos from the drone to show off the beauty of the property. His website is good, and people can find what you are selling. August 2023

Jack was an amazing combination of knowledgeable, professional, timely and very friendly going above and beyond from beginning to end of the sale of our home. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone needing a dependable real estate agent!! Thank you Jack!!
