Warren was the first realtor we worked with when we were in our search for first out of state investment property. Warren is professional, polite, patience, honest, dependable, dedicated, kind. The list go on, we have nothing but good things to say about Warren. We worked with Warren for a brief moment and we wish he could be our realtor for every real estate needs if that is even possible! We were first time out of state investor with zero experience and it was nerve wrecking. Warren was very responsive to our messages which was a big deal for us. When it comes to showing, Warren was on time and his video tours were very details. His turnaround time is very fast on everything; responding to messages, scheduling for showings, putting in offer, etc. He is highly organized and on top of his game. He could have just let us buy the house and get his commission but he had our best interest and told us the house was not good. Unfortunately we couldnt find what we were looking for in Fort Wayne and got a property in a different State instead. But we are very glad we crossed paths. 10/10 experience working with Thom! My husband and I are so happy in our home & we owe it all to Thom. He knew the area like the back of his hand(which we greatly appreciated when moving to the area from Florida) When we told him were our jobs would be, what we enjoyed doing, and what was important to us in our next home/community he was able to pin point the perfect(convenient) location for us and pulled some great housing options. He was always on top of communicating with us and preparing us for what was next which I really appreciated. I like to be proactive vs. reactive! We are loving getting to make our new house a home.
