Ashley came into our home before listing and room by room Made a list of everything needed to be done for House to have more eye appeal and repairs to be done before listing.It took us a good month get ready. AshleyWas already prepared for listing to show as soon as We completed the work to be done. Finally the house Was listed with a sign in yard. The house got a low contract offer 1st day.
