I truly cant say enough good things about Matt Scannapieco and our experience with Franklin Investment Realty. Matt has been a lifelong friend of mine, so going into this process we obviously already trusted him personally. But after working with him to sell our first home and buy what we hope will be our forever home, I can confidently say I would recommend him just as highly even if I had never known him before. There were 11 other offers on the house, and ours wasnt even the highest. Matts guidance on how to structure and present our offer made the difference and ultimately got us the house. Without his knowledge and input, I truly dont believe we would be living here today. What impressed us just as much was that his help didnt stop when the deal was done. He was there for us throughout closing and has continued helping us well after we moved in, whether its answering questions, finding fantastic contractors, or helping with anything else weve needed. The entire experience was unbelievably smooth. There isnt one specific moment I can point to where Matt went above and beyond because, honestly, thats how he handled the entire process. What stands out most about Matt is his trustworthiness, his knowledge, and how much he genuinely cares about the people he works with. He treats his clients like family. Ive already recommended him to multiple members of my own family, and while he was helping us through our move, he also helped my grandmother find a home when she moved up from Florida. If youre considering working with Matt, do not hesitate in the slightest. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions youll make, and having someone you completely trust in your corner makes all the difference. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, and I wouldnt consider using anyone else.
