Matt has been a lifelong friend of mine, so going into this process we obviously already trusted him personally. But after working with him to sell our first home and buy what we hope will be our forever home, I can confidently say I would recommend him just as highly even if I had never known him before. From the very beginning, Matt made the entire process about us. Before we even started looking at houses or preparing ours to sell, he came to our home and sat down with us to understand exactly what we wanted, what we needed, and what we were comfortable with. We probably looked at around 10 houses, and not once did we ever feel rushed or pressured. Everything moved at our pace. His availability was unbelievable. I genuinely cant remember a time he missed a call, and texts were answered almost immediately. No matter what question we had, Matt either knew the answer or knew exactly what needed to be done. His knowledge of the entire buying and selling process gave us an incredible amount of confidence. The biggest testament to Matt was getting us into our new home. There were 11 other offers on the house, and ours wasnt even the highest. Matts guidance on how to structure and present our offer made the difference and ultimately got us the house. Without his knowledge and input, I truly dont believe we would be living here today. What impressed us just as much was that his help didnt stop when the deal was done. He was there for us throughout closing and has continued helping us well after we moved in, whether its answering questions, finding fantastic contractors, or helping with anything else weve needed. The entire experience was unbelievably smooth. There isnt one specific moment I can point to where Matt went above and beyond because, honestly, thats how he handled the entire process. What stands out most about Matt is his trustworthiness, his knowledge, and how much he genuinely cares about the people he works with. He treats his clients like family. Ive already recommended him to multiple members of my own family, and while he was helping us through our move, he also helped my grandmother find a home when she moved up from Florida. If youre considering working with Matt, do not hesitate in the slightest. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions youll make, and having someone you completely trust in your corner makes all the difference. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, and I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

You have been truly extraordinary in what was a very difficult time for us. The completely unexpected has happened. Our landlord had a 180 * change of heart and just told us he wants us to sign a new lease for 2 years after all. It was what we had originally been praying for for but thought God was closing that door. We were worried we wouldnt be able to find anything and then in one day, you scheduled 6 showings and personally showed us all of them. We were afraid to say which was our favorite but it was definitely Ocean twp and then that was the one that came through. It was when their realtor called ours for a referral that I believe our landlords heart changed. We thought that ship had sailed, so we were relieved that the property we hoped for accepted us. We are so appreciative of the amazing amount of work you put in and are going to spread your name to everyone. We feel bad that it worked out this way and would like to send/give you a gift card.
