Absolutely horrendous experience. My property was listed with this group since 10 July 2025 and I havent received ONE offer. They dont do open houses and communication is nonexistent. The last time I spoke my with agent at Niva, Christina, was in November 2025 where I called about repair completion. Ive received zero calls about strategy, zero contact about comps. I tried calling the head broker, Justin, three times (02 Feb, 13 Feb, and 18 Feb) and left voicemails and he didnt even have the decency to contact me back. When I spoke with my agent, Christina, today, she stated I was being aEURoeridiculousaEUR? and that I was aEURoeaggravating her anxietyaEUR? about their inability to contact me to discuss strategy to sell the home - their job. If you want to sell a home, this agency is not it. Do better.

Our experience with Christina was amazing! I knew right away that she would be a good fit for us. She was not pushy in the early stages of meeting and made us feel comfortable from the start. We were going through this process as first-time home buyers and were also new to the state, due to military relocation. She went above and beyond with her communication to support us aEUR" using email, text, and phone calls at appropriate times. When we first came to visit and house hunt, we saw 25 houses in three days with her, in addition to virtual open house showings she did for us when we were not yet in the state. She also helped by referring us to her preferred mortgage company and home inspector. This was extremely helpful because we would have been lost trying to choose our own otherwise.
