Christina was so helpful and knowledgeable! She was great to work with and kept me updated on sale of my dads house. I was working with her out of state and she made the whole process easy and less stressful! I highly recommend Christina if you are selling or buying!

Christina helped my husband and I buy our first house and I could not recommend her enough. She made the homebuying process so easy and so stress-free. I really appreciated her consistent and timely communication as well as her guidance and expertise when we were viewing homes. She also had great knowledge of the areas we were looking in and it really help us figure out the location we wanted to be in and the type of house we needed to look for. I can't think Christina enough for supporting us in this journey and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially first-time homebuyers.

Absolutely horrendous experience. My property was listed with this group since 10 July 2025 and I havent received ONE offer. They dont do open houses and communication is nonexistent. The last time I spoke my with agent at Niva, Christina, was in November 2025 where I called about repair completion. Ive received zero calls about strategy, zero contact about comps. I tried calling the head broker, Justin, three times (02 Feb, 13 Feb, and 18 Feb) and left voicemails and he didnt even have the decency to contact me back. When I spoke with my agent, Christina, today, she stated I was being aEURoeridiculousaEUR? and that I was aEURoeaggravating her anxietyaEUR? about their inability to contact me to discuss strategy to sell the home - their job. If you want to sell a home, this agency is not it. Do better.

Christina is an absolute powerhouse. Not only does she run circles around everyone else, when she says she is going to do something, she does it! She had all the behind-the-scenes work done before the aEURoeFor SaleaEUR? sign was even in the yard. As a result we had an offer the day after the sign went up and we accepted the next day. Simple, Yes; Easy, YesaEUR|for us anyway, but it was all due to Christinas due diligence. I am very impressed, you will be too.

Christina was the answer we were looking for. We had other Agents, but none worked as hard as she did. With her we had more activity and finally success. She was on top of things till the very end. Even when she had other sales going on. We were out of the country at one point during the sale and she communicating with us with a 7 hr difference. Call her and give her the opportunity.
