Absolutely horrendous experience. My property was listed with this group since 10 July 2025 and I havent received ONE offer. They dont do open houses and communication is nonexistent. The last time I spoke my with agent at Niva, Christina, was in November 2025 where I called about repair completion. Ive received zero calls about strategy, zero contact about comps. I tried calling the head broker, Justin, three times (02 Feb, 13 Feb, and 18 Feb) and left voicemails and he didnt even have the decency to contact me back. When I spoke with my agent, Christina, today, she stated I was being aEURoeridiculousaEUR? and that I was aEURoeaggravating her anxietyaEUR? about their inability to contact me to discuss strategy to sell the home - their job. If you want to sell a home, this agency is not it. Do better.

Our experience with Christina was amazing! I knew right away that she would be a good fit for us. She was not pushy in the early stages of meeting and made us feel comfortable from the start. We were going through this process as first-time home buyers and were also new to the state, due to military relocation. Christina was very professional, energetic, knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with this past year.
