Nicole Andrews & Associate

Selling a house can be very stressful. Nicole's professionalism, experience and guidance were critical to the success of the sale and my sense of wellbeing.

Going through the process of selling my home as a recent widow, I really needed someone I could depend on aEUR" and Nissa McKeel was exactly that person. She took the wheel on everything. Their marketing system brought in multiple offers from our very first open house and we ended up selling over asking. But honestly what impressed me most was how personally involved she stayed. Nissa was at the house meeting buyers herself, she responded fast every single time I reached out, and she was still handling details for me even after we closed. I never once felt like I was doing this alone. If you want someone who actually cares and gets results, call Nissa.

Nicole and her team brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to selling in the Las Colinas area to help us navigate the listing process as well as the sale of our home in Cottonwood Valley. Her agent John Fleming was with us the entire time making sure we had what we needed and if we didn't, he was always right there to make it happen. Their process of pre-inspection and home warranty before listing we believe made the sale of our home much more attractive. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would happily use them again if the need arose.

John Fleming is the man you want on your team. Knowledgeable and works so hard to close the deal. Does not give up. Finds new ways in the buyers market. He is true pleasure to work with.

Nicole and Nissa did an excellent job selling our home. It was a quicker sale than we have ever experienced at a great price. So appreciate their hard work for us. Nissa is a great realtor!
