We listed our house for rent and she and her team walked us through every step of the way from listing, to screening applications to eventually signing a lease with a tenant. They went above and beyond even after the lease was signed, helping us with the logistic of making the sure the house was ready and up to code for our tenant. Impeccable service and I can say with confidence I wouldn't have been able to make this work if it wasn't Nicole and Lynn. I cannot recommend their service enough! Well, Nicole absolutely debunks this theory. She made selling our house painless. She and her team do a tremendous amount of work, leaving the buyer with little hassle. She arranges for professional pictures, provides advice on staging the house, provides accurate comps, explains everything in detail, and even contacts/arranges appointments for contractors/repair personnel to come to your house to make it ready for sale. She knows the area, and approaches tasks methodically (Iike the engineer she is). Our house sold quickly, and with a profit.
