Nick Sadek Sotheby's International Realty

We were extremely pleased with Nick's representation. Initially, we thought that Nick would assign our sale to one of his associates, but were we mistaken! Nick was there every step of the way, and his professionalism and expertise was very instrumental in our sale -- especially during the last hectic week when he was available to us at all times. We strongly recommend Nick!

Cherie is a rockstar,From start to finish from her communication to her professionalism is unreal , if I can say anything is that she really takes it to heart and truly Ioves to help people . Thank you Cherie so thankful for you will only refer you to my friends and family .

Nick sold 4540 Lake Forest Dr. for us. He was an excellent choice. His pre-listing advice was right on. His vendor list and control was outstanding. This leverage gave us the ability to go from Zero to Sold and Out in 60 days for top price. Packers, cleaners, floors, carpet, movers, painters, stagers, photographers - all like clockwork. Nick made selecting the right buyers, and getting the best price a low-stress breeze. This stuff wasn't cheap, but worth it. Contacts, connections, market clout, knowlege, judgement, instincts. No regrets about hiring Nick and Southebys. Thanks, Nick and Team.

She lives up to her 5 star rating. Had many occasions where her experience guided us through some tough decisions. Offered suggestions we hadnt considered. Marketed our house more than we expected, with high quality and far-reaching techniques. Very present & available, with a go-getter approach. Highly recommend.
