On a whim, we stopped at an open house (not even in the area we were looking for) and there we met Cherie and her associate, Lisa. We told them a little bit about our situation and they truly listened to every word. Within 48 hours we received a phone call from them letting us know they had found a home that was perfect and it hadn' t even hit the market yet! Cherie had reached out on our behalf, using her expertise and magic, and found us a beautiful home! Talk about "everything happens for a reason!" The whole process went so unbelievably smooth as Cherie and her team navigated us through the whole process-it literally was painless! This is not our first home purchase but I can honestly say it has been the easiest! We highly recommend Cherie Schaller and her whole team. They truly are a delight to work with-true professionals from start to finish.

My first buyer backed out which could have impacted the purchase of our new home but Cherie worked with sellers to ensure them things would be fine. Within a week we had secured a second buyer and we were able to move on as planned. The seller had a lease back clause so it was all done within our escrow period. Cherie has a bubbly personalty and is fun to work with.
