Nick & Beth did an amazing job helping us find the perfect condo. They knew the area showed us several options, they were knowlegeable about each of the Associations and the rules and regs for each. We thank them for their hard work.

If you are looking for a Full Service Concierge Realtor, look no further than Nick & Beth Flerlage. They are with you from start to finish, and get the job done! They sold me my house in 2016, and then sold it for me in 2024. And, as I was moving out of State, they hooked me up with an Agent in that State! Karen R., VENICE, FL

Wow! What a team! You get so much more than a realtor with this crew. You get a comprehensive team of professionals. From prior to listing until after closing they are always there to help! They know the industry and the market!

My wife and I sold our house with Nick & Beth and it was flawless. They are both professional in all aspects of the process which says a lot. They were always on time, we came to learn that they kept their word. They made it easy for us to schedule the showings through the use of current technology and their deep knowledge of real estate helped us in determining price and negotiating the sale. I would recommend wholeheartedly.
