Review Nick & Beth did an amazing job helping us find the perfect condo. They knew the area showed us several options, they were knowlegeable about each of the Associations and the rules and regs for each. We thank them for their hard work.

Review If you are looking for a Full Service Concierge Realtor, look no further than Nick & Beth Flerlage. They are with you from start to finish, and get the job done! They sold me my house in 2016, and then sold it for me in 2024. And, as I was moving out of State, they hooked me up with an Agent in that State! Karen R., VENICE, FL

Review Our experience in working with Nick & Beth has been nothing short of outstanding. From the first time we began to explore the area to the sale of our last property, they are a pleasure to work with. First of all, they know the area and point out the pluses and minuses of every neighborhood and complex. They took us on a comprehensive tour of South Sarasota County and helped us get a sense of the area. No hard sell and no rush, we eventually found a great deal. And thats when the real professionalism kicks in -- Nick is a bulldog, getting everything he can for clients and importantly, taking care of so many details. When it came time to sell he was just as diligent-- he is a shrewd negotiator and knows his craft. We can not recommend them enough and know your experience with them will be as positive as ours!

Review These are two highly professional people. We totally feel that they are in this for us and not just themselves. They thus far, have gone out of their way to help and reassure us of how properly to do a real estate contract along with meeting our needs. They have been 100% forthright and have restored our damaged experienced with a previous agent. Thank you Nick and Beth!

Review I contacted Nick on the recommendation of a friend. Nick helped me look at properties around Venice. Nick was always very professional and knowledgeable about the area. He did a review of my current home. I've decided to stay put where I am for a while, but I will definitely list my home with Nick when I'm ready to sell. He was very easy to work with and very responsive to my phone calls and questions.

Review Nick is always very professional and helpful in each and every transaction. He always responds quickly to questions and if he does not know the answer, he researches the issue and again, responds very quickly. Nick is one of the most professional Realtors our office has ever worked with in many years. None of us would hesitate to refer Nick to our friends and family.

Review Nick and his team sold my fathers house for me. We live in Michigan and Nick did everything for us. When the air conditioning in the guest house went out, he took bids and had it fixed for us. I can not begin to tell you how wonderful it was to know that no matter what happened with the house Nick and his team would fix it. He was constantly in communication with me about all the showings and the feed back from the people looking at the house. I have worked with a lot of realtors in my life and I feel Nick was by far the best. We had never met Nick before we listed the house and have not seen him since he sold it. It was a pleasure working with him. Laurie Karr

Review Nick demonstrates thorough knowledge of the market and trends. I was impressed with his system in place to keep me well informed every step of the way. He put together a great marketing plan to get my property sold. He is professional and very accessible anytime. He used a team approach between the two of us to accomplish my goal of selling. I recommend Nick to anyone who wants to sell or buy real estate. He truly is good at what he does.

Review Best real estate agent I have ever had the privilege of working with. Nick has sold a rental home, vacant land and another property for me...and in all cases in record time and for fair prices. I have already recommended him to friends and am glad to recommend him here.

Review I found Nick, who works together with his wife Beth as a team, to be very knowledgable and to provide valuable guidance and effective support in our search for a retirement home. A we were located in Virginia and did not have any real knowledge of the area, this was crucial. Nick and Beth responded patiently to all of our requests for more time and more showings till we finally got the house we were looking for. We never felt pressured to make a move. The team approach worked very well and allowed Nick to be very responsive and timely with any requests that we had or service that we needed.

Review We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Nick. He was very professional, through, friendly and showed us properties with a relaxed and knowledgable presentation. Nick continued to be of assistance to us after the closing, answering many questions about our new community and helping find people to do house renovation projects for us. It has been and we hope will continue to be, a good personal relationship with Nick. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone we knew looking for real-estate in the Venice area.

Review Nick was the second realtor I hired to sell my property. Unlike the first realtor who never informed me of anything, Nick sent me information on a weekly basis, as well as immediate feedback on the showings of my condo. He also responded immediately to any calls I made to him.I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for an honest, hard-working real estate agent.

Review My wife & I were looking for a piece of land to build our future dream home. We needed a VERY specific situation, from the size & location of the property, right down to the financing / down payment numbers. We thought we would never find what we wanted and/or needed. Nick & Beth assured us from the first time we met that they would find we wanted. They hit a homerun!! Within a few months Nick called and said aEURoeYou guys are going to want to see thisaEUR?. They found something for us that goes well beyond what we could have imagined! The property is absolutely perfect. The whole process, through closing, went as smooth as it could. They truly are miracle workers- Thank you Nick & Beth
