Mary Beth was fantastic to work with throughout our purchase in 30A. We initially connected with her just to view a few properties, but she quickly earned our trust and became an invaluable partner through multiple offers, negotiations, and closing. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and consistently went above and beyond, especially important for us as out-of-town buyers. We highly recommend Mary Beth to anyone buying or selling in the 30A area.

Nico was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and kept me informed at every step. He made the process feel smooth and took the time to answer my questions. I'd happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Nico did an absolutely outstanding job for me in purchasing my investment property . Professional and prepared. He made the process from beginning to end very easy. He's a real up and comer in the industry.

Andrew was absolutely amazing throught the entire process. I was very picky while viewing properties and he was sure to find everything I wanted, and then some. This was my first time buying, so I had no idea what to do or how to go about it, but Andrew was there to guide us, take so much off my shoulders, and explain everything to help me understand. We had a couple of bumps in the road with closing, but Andrew was on top of things, calling anyone he needed to get us our new home. He kept us updated through the whole ordeal and definately helped with my worries and stress from it. Five stars alone cannot express how amazing he really was. He even came buy while we were moving and gave us a helping hand.

Nico did an excellent job in helping us purchase our home. He paid attention to the details we needed and was willing to show us as many houses as it took until we found the perfect home. He is patient, understanding, outgoing and very professional. We enjoyed working with him.
