His knowledge of the areas (safety, schools, etc.) was so helpful in narrowing our search. He handled everything with a little added caution due to my wife being at home doing most things on her own with our toddler. he more than impressed me with his knowledge of the area, and definitely has a grasp of what people need. ZillowVERIFIED Thomas sold my house in just 11 days! He did this in the middle of the housing collapse. My for sale add came out in his magazine 3 days after it was sold. Must be a record! I sold for a great price and he made all the paper work effortless. If you want to sell your house quick use Thomas, if you want to it to sit use the other guys.
