Nicole Gautreau was very friendly and professional. We discussed what type of property we were interested in and she found several for us to choose from. She was also ver knowledgeable about the area.

Working with Nicole Gautreau during our recent home purchase was a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, including school districts, flooding history, and other important details that helped me make informed decisions. She also connected me with reliable inspectors and contractors when issues came up, including plumbing services for a sewer line repair. On top of that, she was helpful in providing guidance through utility permitting process and other parts of the home buying process that could have easily become overwhelming. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive real estate agent.

Nicole really went above and beyond to assist with any and all questions, and favors needed, while I was working out of town during the sale of my house! Could not be more appreciative and thankful that I chose her as my realtor! 100% would recommend her to any and all looking to buy or sell!

Nicole went above and beyond in selling my place! It only took her about 30 days to to get a purchase agreement! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

Nicole did a fantastic job during our the process. She was very responsive, honest and straightforward. I would highly recommend her and I would use Nicole again.
