ZillowVERIFIED Nicole really went above and beyond to assist with any and all questions, and favors needed, while I was working out of town during the sale of my house! Could not be more appreciative and thankful that I chose her as my realtor! 100% would recommend her to any and all looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nicole Gautreau during our recent home purchase was a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, including school districts, flooding history, and other important details that helped me make informed decisions. She also connected me with reliable inspectors and contractors when issues came up, including plumbing services for a sewer line repair. On top of that, she was helpful in providing guidance through utility permitting process and other parts of the home buying process that could have easily become overwhelming. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was amazing from day one and very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. We used her initially to show us houses and ended up hiring her to sell our home. She was very flexible with our schedules and worked hard to help us find the place we now call home! There wasnt no issue she couldnt work through with us and when there was a problem she came through for us and made it work. I highly recommend working with Nicole. You wont be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole and crew did a great job getting my house sold. The pictures that were taken were great. They are overall the nicest and most thoughtful group I've come across so far. Her and her crew thought of things I didn't even think of when it came to selling my house. They hosted open houses and really got the word out there to bring in the most potential buyers. I haven't had a chance to use her on the buy side of things but I'm sure her and her crew would be top notch.

ZillowVERIFIED Omg I cannot say enough about this woman! She is absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient with me and so knowledgeable about things other than the actual home buying process. She really got to know me and my needs and went above and beyond! She just connects with people and even really bonded with my mom and aunt who came house looking with us one day. She knew what plants people had and could since my style. She did the worrying for me when things didn't go exactly as planned. She's become more than my realtor! She's truly become a friend and I can't say enough about her!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole knows her stuff! She made me aware of options not presented by other agents and put in more time and effort than I ever expected. I feel she made the difference in getting full asking price on my home with her knowledge and negotiation skills in showing potential buyers the value of the property

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole sold a house for me and I am quite pleased with her work. I live out of state and was not available to be present for anything. Nicole was amazing. She never hesitated to work with repair companies and make herself available for them to complete work. She did open houses which my previous realtor never attempted. Nicole was always working on new and inventive ways to get my house seen by prospective buyers. She prepared an adorable video listing. She negotiated a great price for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding agent! We met Nicole in a day and she was able to get us a plot for purchase within 2 days. I was away in. A different state due to military obligations and Nicole did all the hard work on my behalf. She is one of a kind.
