NextHome Real Estate Services

I couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Kurt to help me sell both my condo and my house in Connecticut. Kurt sold my condo in about two weeks, and when it came time to sell my house, he recommended that I wait until the beginning of January 2026. Ill be honest aEUR" I procrastinated and didnt exactly follow his advice! Even so, Kurt was able to get me a great price for the house and had it sold within a week. What really stood out to me was Kurts knowledge of the market, his honesty, and the fact that I always felt like he had my best interests in mind. He wasnt just trying to make a sale; he gave me advice based on what he thought would get me the best outcome. Selling both properties while preparing for a major move was a big process, but Kurt made it much easier. I would absolutely recommend Kurt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He knows the business, communicates well, and most importantly, he delivers results. Thank you, Kurt, for everything you did to help us get these properties sold!

Kurt did a fantastic job. Calm, professional and hardworking, he sold our house very quickly and was very responsive and available letting us know what was happening every step of the way. We would highly recommend him on every level.

Kurt Jain is the best realtor that I ever worked with, bar none! He followed through with the entire deal from beginning to the end. If there were any outstanding issues with the town, bank, or utilities Kurt always got the bottom of things. Also, he kept in the loop regarding the buyer's issues. Thank you Kurt! It is without question, that I recommend to buy or sell your house.

Kurt was very helpful throughout our homebuying process. As first-time homebuyers we were a bit overwhelmed and Kurt was very patient with us and helped us figured out what we really wanted. Kurt did not pressure us in any way and was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Kurt also had deep expertise in the local market and many helpful recommendations for third party services.
