Kurt sold my condo in about two weeks, and when it came time to sell my house, he recommended that I wait until the beginning of January 2026. Ill be honest aEUR" I procrastinated and didnt exactly follow his advice! Even so, Kurt was able to get me a great price for the house and had it sold within a week.
