Leigh Ann made the difference in our house sitting on the market for weeks and finding a buyer and closing in such a short time. She handed everything from helping us get through probate to closing. Her experience in the negotiation process saved us thousands. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Leigh Ann was our agent for the selling our parents house after they passed away, which is the first house I've ever been involved in selling, so we were complete novices on the process and everything it entailed. Thru that process I learned a valuable lesson from watching & listening to Leigh Ann. In short, experience, knowledge, trust, and professionalism are absolutely critical to ensure the smoothest process and getting the best price. Leigh Ann was all of those and more. As such I can't recommend her enough and have already recommended her to others that are trying to sell their houses in Lake City. I'm glad we chose Leigh Ann as our realtor as I know our outcome could have been much different had we choose another realtor. Kudos to Leigh Ann and thanks for all your help, insights, and professionalism.

Leigh Ann did an outstanding job helping us sell our house in Florida. We live in Alabama, so her expertise was invaluable to us! She sold our house in under a week and took care of everything! She lined up a cleaning service, carpet cleaner, Pest Control, and a plumber. She made everything so easy and she is such a delight to work with. I cant say enough nice things about her and she was always very responsive. I would highly recommend using her, I cant think of anyone that would do a better job than Leigh Ann!!.

Leigh Ann went above and beyond to make sure the selling process went smoothly. She listened to and respected my every decision while also offering insight and guidance. I was given updates throughout this entire process. If there were speed bumps, Leigh Ann gave me reassurance that everything was handled but that she wanted me to be informed. I live multiple states away so her communication was more than appreciated by my family and I. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Leigh Ann!

Leigh Ann helped my dad buy a house 6 years ago. 6 years later she helped me and my wife buy our first home at 20 years old. She was a pleasure to work with and plan to work with her more in the future when we plan to upgrade. Very happy with how she treated us. Very helpful lady.
