ZillowVERIFIEDLeigh Ann did and outstanding job helping us get our new home. She was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had. She was on top of everything and fixed any problems we faced right away. She did so much work and showed she was dedicated, honest, and trustworthy from the moment we met. She recommended better solutions while still respecting our decisions, but we took her advice and it saved us a lot of money and made the buying process so much better and smoother. I would recommend Leigh Ann, she will make your dream home become yours.

ZillowVERIFIED I just cannot say enough good things about Leigh Ann. She treated the very nice, but small 2 acre lot that I needed to sell as though she was handling a 100 acres. She was very professional and very personable. If your are reading these reviews, this means that you are looking for a darn good realtor and you have found one! Give Leigh Ann a call.

Leigh Ann Mills was too excellent for words. She is very personable and likable for starters. In addition to this she is on the ball with details, has a vast knowledge of real estate, gleaned over 20 years in the business. Excellent communication skills, great with getting back to you, and keeping you up to date on any changes or hold ups. Organized. A real get it done person. Ecstatically happy with her services. Even offered to pick up pizza, on the day of our move. No complaints whatsoever.

ZillowVERIFIED Leigh Ann did an exceptional job. She went above and beyond a realtors duty. A person you would want on your side during the stressful process of purchasing a home.Leigh Ann took care of paperwork the title company said they never received from my Lender ,she also was able to get our closing date quickly after a hurricane came through on 8-30-23. Closed 9-5-23. She even contacted the survey company after closing to get us copys of the survey since the title comp misplaced them. Great Job I would recommend to Family and Friends.??
