I had an excellent experience working with Michelle in purchasing my new home. From my experience, she was readily available ALL of the time {early morning and night} and informed me when she wasnt going to be which was rare; she was willing to go to any location without a problem; her connections in this industry are unmatched and she didnt hesitate to leverage them when we had a question about a property we were viewing. If something was off with the property within seconds she texting the problem to a connection for a response AND they got right back to her which is evident she is well respected. She has a great eye and helps to envision space and what can be done with the property. She has a personality of encouragement which is an absolute must; she is down to earth and very personable which is a must in the home buying experience! The wealth of knowledge she has about the market and industry is extremely helpful. Lastly, Michelle saved me from a huge disappointment with the property I purchased, before I even knew there was a problem she was working her magic in the background to ensure I wouldnt lose the property. I am so grateful that she was my realtor as I know must would have let that ship sink BUT she wasnt willing to give up. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Michelle. Five Stars doesnt speak to her talent.
