We reached out to Jennifer, who was the listing agent, to look at a specific property. She, respectfully, reached out to the owner and received permission to work with us as well. She met with us and showed us the property. The property had many unpermitted renovations. Jennifer had researched each situtuation with the owner and the county, and shared each detailed correspondance and contact info with us. She was very transparent about the communication and any possible issues. She is reliable. She called and sent information when she said she would. She is a friendly and kind person and great to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jen did an outstanding job helping us navigate a home sale in one of Florida's most dynamic real estate locations. She showed up prepared from day one with a very useful binder of local area projections and figures that really helped us to understand where we stood in the market. She has relationships with several outstanding contractors that were immediately available and very reasonable in price. Jen communicated effectively with agencies on our behalf when we were unable to due to do ourselves. She also stuck with us through an extremely lengthy and hard-fought VA assumption process. She comes with out highest recommendation.

Dana was a great realtor for us. She had loads of local knowledge. She helped us set a good price on our home which we were selling. Dana was always easy to contact and quick to respond back to our questions. She made the selling process very easy

Jen was absolutely amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I needed a ton of education, and Jen was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She was always available and guided me through every step of the way, from the initial search for a home all the way through closing. She was also critical to enabling me to do the entire process remotely before I moved to the Fort Walton Beach area. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area and will be using her again in the future.

Jen has helped me with the purchase and sale of multiple properties. There is no one I would trust more. Her professionalism and expert judgment set her far above her industry peers.
