We spent a day with Jennifer, bought the town house. Then went back to Louisiana to wait for closing. Jennifer stayed with us through out the entire process . With in a month we packed up moved to Floriday, Closed on the town home and moved in. A year later it became necessary to sell the townhouse and move back to Louisiana Jennifer Handled everything perfectly..She sold the house in record time. She earned a triple A+ in every way.

I met with Jen to discuss my house and even though I had met with other realtors I immediately knew Jen was the one I wanted to go with. She was so well prepared for our meeting and had been so quick to answer all of my questions through email prior to our first meeting. Within 3 days of listing the house we accepted an offer and closed shortly after that. Through the entire process Jen was quick to respond to any of my questions and went to the house for all of the appointments so I didn't have to miss out on work. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home seller, we had no idea what to expect during the selling experience and thankfully Jen was incredibly on top of the whole process! She made us feel very comfortable that the sale was in great hands and went out of her way to make us happy.We are a military family and we PCS'd before any offers had been made on the home, so we left Jen with an empty house and the responsibility of getting it sold quickly and at a fair price. She did both and then some! When there were some minor repairs needed after the inspection, Jen contacted the contractors and met them at the home and ensured the repairs were up to par. When a neighbor texted me that a suspicious truck was in the driveway Jen drove by the house and ensured that the truck relocated (which was a huge relief for us!) Jen's diligence and hard work made the sale of our house stress-free and easy.I would happily have Jen manage the sale or purchase of our home again, and would whole-heartedly refer her to friends and family.
