Lynn did such an amazing job helping us find our new house. She found multiple places that worked for us, but also helped us set up viewings for any houses we found ourselves. She wasn't afraid to point out any issues she found with a property and made sure we were aware of anything she could find that could be a problem. If you need help finding a home, you should talk to Lynn Bolser!

We sold our house fast thanks to Lynn. She gave us great advice on price and getting our house ready to sell. She guided us through the entire process and is very responsive. Thanks Lynn

We had a wonderful experience working with Lynn Bolser. Since I was out of state, I depended heavily on Lynn to handle many of the details and keep me informed throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Being out of state could have made the process difficult, but Lynn made everything smooth and stress-free. I had complete confidence that things were being handled properly even though I couldn't be there in person. I truly appreciated her dependability and personal attention and would highly recommend Lynn Bolser to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lynn is such an amazing realtor! We were moving from out of state, and she went above and beyond to explain NC real estate rules and showed us any house we were interested in. She even did some virtual tours for us when we were not in town. She is very trustworthy and seems to have a ton of local connections for contractors and inspectors that helped make the entire home buying process much smoother. Lynn is very responsive and knowledgeable, so we knew we were in good hands with her. We will definitely work with Lynn again in the future!

I have bought and sold 7 properties with Lynn as my agent. She has always been honest, knowledgeable and professional. Lynn has extensive knowledge of the greater Asheville area and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
