She even did some virtual tours for us when we were not in town. ZillowVERIFIED Lynn is the best! She has lived in Western North Carolina all her life, and she knows the area inside-out, has watched it grow and change over the years, and stays current with that. She can tell you about social, economic, and political currents in the counties surrounding Asheville. And she KNOWS people, who to call for anything, plumbing, electrical, septic, construction, financial, any service you need, she knows somebody who does it. And countless times has met people out at the house I was buying, in my absence, as I currently live out of town. And it's a long drive out there. Here is an example of what she would do that no other real estate agent I have ever used would do...She met me out there for inspection, and hung out with me and the septic guys who were looking for septic tanks and cleaning them out. That would be beneath some of the agents I have used in the past. When the guys couldn't locate one of the septic tanks, she found somebody who could. She knows how things need to get done. And she gets them done. Oh, and Lynn is friendly, fun to work with, she certainly put up with a lot of silly stuff from me. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought several homes over the years and Lynn Bolser is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I expect an agent to be knowledgeable but her interpersonal skills really set her apart. My disabled relative was still living in the home while we tried to sell it. She coordinated each visit / viewing with his mental health in mind. It was a complicated sale involving an estate and a trust. On several occasions, we had to start from scratch with the paperwork because something changed on my end. Never a complaint. I will use Lynn for all future sales and purchases.
