Miriam has made my first home buying experience as easy as possible! She has always been quick to respond and has been very accommodating to the fact that I was out of state for most of the home buying process by taking me on in-depth video tours of many of the properties. I have learned so much from her and she definitely has a sharp eye. Miriam notices things in a home that I would have never paid attention too and she always gave me her opinion honestly, but never in a way the was meant to sway my opinion. I can not recommend her highly enough - I will definitely be using her for all future purchases and sales!

I have had a very disappointing experience with AJ Angajala, who operates BriqueCity Management and NextDoor Realty. Although my lease is with BriqueCity Management, it is operated by the same individual who runs NextDoor Realty, which is why I am leaving this review here, particularly in regards to his professional conduct. Throughout the pre-leasing process, he was professional and accommodating, but his demeanor changed significantly once the lease was signed. Since moving in, I have found the building conditions to be different from how they were represented. When I reached out to resolve maintenance issues, including broken deadbolts, lack of hot water, illegal dumping blocking parking spaces, and a door slamming during city-mandated quiet hours, the response was surprisingly hostile. During a phone call on Feb 16, Mr. Angajala informed me that he "did not want me in the building" and threatened me with a 30-day notice to vacate, stating that I 'complain too much' about these safety and habitability issues. As a tenant and a consumer, I believe professional standards should remain consistent. I hope prospective renters or real estate clients consider this pattern of communication before entering into a professional relationship with him.

Miriam is awesome! She worked very hard with me to find the house I was looking for! She worked around my busy schedule to show me potential properties in the area I was looking for. Her knowledge of STL made me feel comfortable knowing the area I was looking at was safe and the right fit for me. Miriam would give honest feedback on properties we were looking at and potential issues it may have. I was using the VA loan and she made the whole process easy due to her understanding of it and the requirements for it. I would recommend her to anyone in the STL area looking to buy a house!

David is great as both a person and a real estate agent. I'm so happy I got to work with him. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and ultimately went above and beyond for me with the rare circumstances that came up with my properties (that I was indeed able to close on). I would definitely recommend David!

Always responsive and knowledgeable. Blake patiently helped me find a home over the course of a long three months in an extremely difficult market for homebuyers. Thorough and flexible while completing multiple purchase offers, and communicated well during negotiations on several houses before an offer was accepted. Seamless integration with my lender (who Blake had never worked with, but was recommended by a friend), and followed up consistently with the sellers agent who should have been more organized/prepared with documentation for closing. Cant say enough good things about Blake, no pressure, and stuck with me in a really tough time to buy a house.
