From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me price my home appropriately, which resulted in a successful sale. Nicole was always quick to respond to my texts and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She partnered with an amazing real estate photographer who took beautiful photos that really showcased my home. She also went above and beyond by offering organization services and even power washing the exterior to help my home look its best before listing. Selling a home can be stressful, but Nicole made the process so much easier. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind, and her expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence every step of the way. Nichole was the perfect realtor for my time-sensitive situation: moving up to the Charlotte area to be near my daughters and had a very short window of time to find, tour, and then put a contract on a home in a very specific zip code. She was able to quickly filter down to exactly what I was looking for and sent me properties that checked all my boxes. Flew up for a week-long workaway trip and on the first day we went to look at three properties, found the perfect one and put an offer out immediately. When the sellers countered as expected, she and I had a quick discussion about my motivation but keeping in mind I was not going to overpay, and she helped me frame a strong counter-offer to them but with the caveat that if not accepted, I was going to move on to the next house; though I love the negotiating process, I did not have the time. Needless to say, the offer was accepted and from then until closing, Nichole was on point with explaining the things that were going to happen and what I needed to do, holding my hand electronically every step of the way until we closed just weeks later. I am extremely confident that Nichole handles each customer based on their specific needs and expectations, but she most certainly met and exceeded mine given the circumstances and parameters I presented her with. I will definitely be using her again on any future home purchases/investments and if I find someone looking for a realtor, her name and my glowing review will be passed along.

We did not have a realtor, but we knew the area and homes we wanted to see so we requested a showing for one of the homes, and Nichole was matched to our showing request by Zillow. We are so grateful! From that very first showing, Nichole was thoroughly prepared with information about the home that was available on MLS only, and this information was extremely helpful to us. There are a lot of licensed agents out there, but very few who can handle all components of the real estate process effectively. Nichole knows the area, figures out quickly what her clients want (and don't want) in a home, and handles all aspects of the negotiation and purchase with professionalism and efficiency. She is resourceful, helpful, and unfazed by last-minute hiccups. She is well connected to the greater real estate community and found us an excellent lender we would not have been able to find on our own. I wholeheartedly recommend her and would use her again in a second! She was a pleasure to work with.
