ZillowVERIFIED Nichole was the perfect realtor for my time-sensitive situation: moving up to the Charlotte area to be near my daughters and had a very short window of time to find, tour, and then put a contract on a home in a very specific zip code. She was able to quickly filter down to exactly what I was looking for and sent me properties that checked all my boxes. Flew up for a week-long workaway trip and on the first day we went to look at three properties, found the perfect one and put an offer out immediately. When the sellers countered as expected, she and I had a quick discussion about my motivation but keeping in mind I was not going to overpay, and she helped me frame a strong counter-offer to them but with the caveat that if not accepted, I was going to move on to the next house; though I love the negotiating process, I did not have the time. Needless to say, the offer was accepted and from then until closing, Nichole was on point with explaining the things that were going to happen and what I needed to do, holding my hand electronically every step of the way until we closed just weeks later. I am extremely confident that Nichole handles each customer based on their specific needs and expectations, but she most certainly met and exceeded mine given the circumstances and parameters I presented her with. I will definitely be using her again on any future home purchases/investments and if I find someone looking for a realtor, her name and my glowing review will be passed along.

Her appointment system was very straightforward and the steps from the first showings, the offer negotiations, and all the way into our closing was easy as a breeze! Her knowledge in the area we were looking for was very valuable and her willingness to take our calls and be always available was outstanding. She kept me in the loop via text, phone, and email (depending on what made sense at each step), patiently explaining options, offering recommendations when asked, always patiently allowing me to think out loud, bounce ideas off of her, and take time to think before making decisions. She guided me through a complex and tricky negotiation process in which I had to consider risk and reward. She made sure I was comfortable with all decisions I made and explained the ins and outs of everything. And to say she was proactive and responsive would be an understatement.
