I recently made a move and contracted with Jordan and his team at Lee3 team. The entire transaction went flawless. Jordan has not only grown up surrounded by real estate professionals but more importantly he grew up to know this specific area (shockingly this is hard to find in a lot of agents in this area). His expertise of specific real estate demographics/neighborhoods/price points and the knowledge he holds to help you find that perfect home in the right area as a good long term investment and home is what every buyer really needs. Quick and easy to get in contact with, professional and experienced with many of the local top agents in our area and always up to date with how the market is trending and what hot MLS listings are active or about to come on are what makes him a GREAT agent to work with. If you are looking to sell I know he is NOT one of those guys that is just going to stake a sign in your yard and wait for something to happen in hopes of a commission check, he's going to work his tail off to do whatever it takes to get your home sold or help you get the property into a condition that makes it ready for the market. As a buyer he will also work tirelessly and well into the night to keep you up to date on any listings that need to be explored as soon as they come up, which in my case this was especially helpful being that we purchased in the "hot" time of the year with very low housing inventory and in a specific price point that few homes last more then a few days if they are worth purchasing. After weeks of looking at homes and finding nothing that we wanted we found the perfect property just 2 hours after it came on the market and were under contract before the end of the day and closed in 3 weeks time! Outstanding. In summary before you default to that "big name" listing agent take a few minutes and sit down with Jordan first. We all know buying/selling is stressful enough, having the right agent on the job will make your life much less stressful with a team like this on your side.
