ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Jordan Lee from a co-worker. We made our initial phone call to Jordan and told him the type of home we were looking for. We then set up a meet and greet, not only to establish a rapport with him but to also determine if he was listening to what we were asking for. The date to meet was set and he had all of his notes with him from our phone conversation along with a list of homes to visit. As we began to visit homes from the list he created, Jordan very quickly determined our likes and dislikes. This helped reduce the amount of time we spent looking at homes because he quickly learned exactly what our likes and dislikes were. At no time did we ever feel rushed. Jordan took his time and spent the day with us going over all of the pros and cons of the homes we saw. Once we decided on a home, we asked to see it one more time the following day. Without hesitation, Jordan agreed to meet us the following morning. We met and viewed the home one more time. We then decided to make an offer and sat together and determined what the best offer would be given that an offer had already been made by another couple. After a few minutes of deliberation, we agreed on an offer and it was accepted. Had it not been for Jordan's expertise in this field, we would not be in the home we are in today. We highly recommend Jordan Lee for all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Jordan found us a great home when we moved to NC in 2005 from GA. Then he sold our home in FOUR DAYS when we needed to buy a bigger home. He found us a great home in Fuquay-Varina for a great price in 2008. When we needed to move to Holly Springs due to rezoning of schools Jordan sold our home in 2 weeks in 2014 when sales were down EVERYWHERE. THEN he did the impossible and helped us find a home in Holly Glen - a ranch we were hoping for and we got the house at a fair market price. If he was not amazing we would not have used him FIVE times. He's not a family friend (although we now consider him a friend of our family) nor an acquaintance. It was a chance meeting that we are very grateful for. I would recommend him for first time home buyers or buyers who are ready to find their home to retire in. You can TRUST Jordan to do right by you. He's good people.
