Working with buyers is always challenging and this was the case here as well. With some careful guidance, Cori was able to save an almost-lost opportunity. The last step before closing was receiving the appraisal for the lender to give a green light. Cori went to personally meet the appraiser to make sure they understood all of the upgrades. Long story short, I give Cori a 10/10 and you will be lucky to work with her and her team.
