Kat was simply amazing! I was a first time buyer with a lot of gaps in my knowledge and she was super about answering my questions, responding to my last minute aEURoewait what about..aEUR? moments and just educating me about what the expect. She is someone who clearly gets a lot out of helping folks find their perfect place and was always the first to ask the tough questions that I didnt think to/know you could ask!

Kathleen was terrific to work with. She was very responsive and met us the same day at the property. She "fought" for us with the agent and landlord to help us get our place. I am confident had she not met us that day and communicated with us and the landlord as she did, we would not have found our place.

Kat was a great help in finding our apartment rental located in the river north neighborhood of Chicago. It was such an easy process and the apartment had everything we were looking for in our home. Working with her was so helpful as she understood the areas, buildings and knowledge of the Chicago rental industry.

I had the pleasure of working with Kat Collins to sell my home in University Village, Chicago, and I cant speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, she was nothing short of incredible! She took the time to understand my needs and provided expert advice on how to prepare my home for sale. Her marketing strategy was spot on, and the listing she created really showcased the best features of my property. Thanks to her efforts, we had an incredible amount of interest right from the start. Throughout the process, Kat kept me updated every step of the way, answering all my questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and she handled all the negotiations with professionalism and care, ultimately helping me secure a great deal. I cant thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. If youre looking to buy or sell a home in the Chicago area, I highly recommend Kat Collins. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Kathleen is such a great realtor and person! My fiance and I had no knowledge of the homebuying process and Kathleen was continually patient and honest with us every step of the way. If we had to do it all over again, we would surely pick Kathleen!

Kathleen did an amazing job during my first home purchase. She took extra time to make sure she was physically present despite not being in her backyard of Chicago. She paid very close attention to the details of my wants, of the house and as well as the contract. She was easy to get ahold of and work with and was very down to earth while being motived to help me in anyway possible. I would recommend her 10 times out of 10 for my next home purchase.

Kathleen went above and beyond when it came to my house hunting! I conducted only 1/4 of my home viewings in-person, where she was able to meet my needs via FaceTime. Not only did Kat understand my style and what I was looking for, but she also pointed out certain aspects that I didn?t even realize! Along with her professional knowledge, she was able to point me to a lender who specialized in veteran home loans, where he played a tremendous help in everything that took place. David Piatek went above and beyond for me, which made this whole process easy. It was because of Kat?s network that made this possible! I would use her over and over again any day of the week. Thanks again, Kat!
