She was great! Did a lot to make sure we got the best home, willing to look at any home we requested. On our house she knew how much we loved it and was able to get an offer on the table within hours of us looking at it!

Max was amazing to work with when buying our first home! He communicate really well and was very helpful during the whole process! On our final walk through day we were talking about making sure we bring cleaning supplies over after we sign to clean the house. Later that evening Max reached out and let us know he would have the house clean before we moved in so it was move in ready and we only had to focus on moving in. We will definitely recommend Max to any of our friends who are planning on selling or purchasing a home!

Wow! Enough said....not really. I was debating on for sale by owner then Sandie approached me in my kitchen and said "I am the person you need to sell your house and here is why...." she was right! She did the comps and knew the market. Her projected sale price was higher than where other Realtors wanted to list and we closed even higher! She never hounded me to cut the price to expedite the sale, she understood the situation and was patient in her approach. I had a "complicated" interpersonal situation regarding the sale of my house. Sandie navigated and managed it flawlessly. It was very stressful but Sandie ensured that it never impacted me or got in the way of keeping the transaction on track. Then I decided to buy a new house. Oh, and I needed to pre-occupy 3 weeks out. Here again Sandie worked and made it happen. It was a challenging transaction with the other side and Sandie was always looking for backup plans and willing to set up and travel to meet me at last minute properties.
