I was debating on for sale by owner then Sandie approached me in my kitchen and said "I am the person you need to sell your house and here is why...." she was right! She did the comps and knew the market. Her projected sale price was higher than where other Realtors wanted to list and we closed even higher! She never hounded me to cut the price to expedite the sale, she understood the situation and was patient in her approach. I had a "complicated" interpersonal situation regarding the sale of my house. Sandie navigated and managed it flawlessly. It was very stressful but Sandie ensured that it never impacted me or got in the way of keeping the transaction on track. Then I decided to buy a new house. Oh, and I needed to pre-occupy 3 weeks out. Here again Sandie worked and made it happen. It was a challenging transaction with the other side and Sandie was always looking for backup plans and willing to set up and travel to meet me at last minute properties. Sandie is thorough and will work for you. She loves real estate and it shows. Trust me if she can navigate my two difficult transactions so well, I assure you that she will do great for you.

She listened to what we wanted and allowed us to look at any home we wanted and when it came time make some deals she didnt back down from what we wanted. Shes a fighter. Shes also kind and very funny which we enjoyed.
