Stacey was so patient, understanding, informative, kind, and just made the experience so much better than I could've ever dreamed. Between the purchase of my home and sell of my previous residence there were some hoops that I had to jump through, and was ready to give up at times. Stacey really made the process better, and I'm glad I didn't give up.

Answering questions, quick response time, knowledgable, caring, taking time from family to help us, and all the things a good realtor does for clients.Let me tell you what makes Melody stand out above the rest!1. She was VERY reassuring! As we all know buying and selling of a home can be stressful. Melody took the time to chat about our feelings as we were looking for our new home. She talked about her personal experience (which I loved!) in moving. Even though she wasnt our realtor in the selling of our other house, she even called to talk to us about being patient. In a round about way, she reassured us that our house will sell and everything would work out. (And it did!)2. Come closing time, Melody sent us a checklist of things to remember when packing up our home, which was a great reminder. Mind you, she wasnt our realtor on the selling end! 3. Also before closing, she sent another email of services/utilities to set up. With links, emails and phone numbers when applicable. Being new to the area, that was SUPER helpful!To top everything off, she gave us an AWESOME gift on closing day (which we didnt expect one at all)! The gift even included things for our kids. Melody is not in the business for just the paycheck, but she truly cares about her clients and their families.

Stacey is an amazing real estate agent!! She is very responsive and patient with her clients. She offers resources to her clients when needed and they are quality people in their field.
