Trevor and Emmee's Wonderful First-Time Homebuyers Experience: We had a wonderful experience working with Nicol Jarvie to purchase our new home in Sacramento! From the very first time we met Nicol all the way through closing escrow, she was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and supportive. Buying a home can be a stressful and sometimes overwhelming process, but Nicol was there for us every step of the way. She took the time to answer our questions, explain the process, kept us informed, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the entire process, including the close of escrow. What we appreciated most was how dedicated she was to helping us find the right home and making sure everything stayed on track once our offer was accepted. She was responsive whenever we needed her and truly made us feel that our home purchase was important to her. Thanks to Nicol's guidance and hard work, we are now proud homeowners and couldn't be happier with our new home. We are extremely grateful for everything she did to help make this possible. We highly recommend Nicol Jarvie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want a real estate professional who is responsive, knowledgeable, dependable, caring, and genuinely committed to her clients, Nicol is an excellent choice. Thank you, Nicol, for helping us through this journey and into our new home! We truly appreciate you!

Travis was really easy to work with. When I started to freak out, he kept me calm by sharing what was happening with the market. Whenever I had questions and called him, he was there. When we reached the end zone, he let in touch with the buyer, then kept me apprised. Id sure work with Travis again if I were looking to stay in California!

Nicol was absolutely fantastic throughout our entire home buying experience. She was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through each house, explaining the details and answering our questions along the way. What stood out to me most was her honesty and professionalism. She never tried to assume or make up an answer just to give us one. If she did not know something, she would tell us she would find out and get back to us, and she always followed through quickly. Nicol was also extremely responsive and took the time to answer all of our follow up questions, especially when it came to the documents and information she sent over. She made what can be a stressful and overwhelming process feel much easier because we always felt informed and supported. I truly appreciate the time, patience, honesty, and dedication Nicol showed us throughout the process. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent and would highly recommend Nicol to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

My experience with Brianne was great. We navigated a long distance sell and also shopped around the Sac area as well. She is very knowledgeable and it shows in her professionalism. I would highly recommend her she is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with! Will be calling her for all my real estate needs for sure!
