ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best team we have ever worked with and this is our 3rd home purchase. My husband and I were trying to sell our home with a different realtor, but wasnt having much success. After 5 months of being on the market and many price drops we had to do something because we were trying to move into a new build that was almost done being built. Kelli took over our listing and acted fast. We were so nervous and stressed that we were starting over. But Kelli and her team handled everything and kept reminding me that she knew what she was doing. We got an offer by the 2nd week of her taking over. She not only took care of us during the sell of our home but she also helped my family when it came down to moving into our new home. There was issues on that side and they didnt abandon us. They could tell we needed help and saw us all the way through to the end of getting the keys to the new place. I do not want to move any time soon. Her team supports her and her clients in a thoughtful, considerate and caring way. As she helped me buy my dream home and list my current home for sale, she apprised me of all phases of the purchasing and selling process, and supported me each step of the way. Kelli coached me on staging my home, and subcontracted to make an amazing video and photos to market it. Just hours after my house hit the market, a potential buyer made an offer on my house, sight unseen! She negotiated a fair price, and we came to an agreement on terms. And after I had found my dream home, Kelli negotiated the contract for its purchase, contingent on the sale of my existing home. Unfortunately, just two days before escrow closed, the buyers financing fell through. Since the sale of my house was not happening, I was at risk of losing the home I so wanted to purchase. Kelli came up with a plan for me to be able to buy my new home nevertheless. She connected me to a mortgage broker who offers bridge loans for just such circumstances. I was able to purchase my home, and will refinance once my old home has sold. Though the entire process has been extremely stressful and harrowing, Kelli has listened compassionately, offering her experience and wisdom to help ease me through it. We are moving into our new home in just days; this would simply not have been possible if not for Kelli and her fantastic team. I am extremely grateful for their support and guidance. We will continue working with her team on selling my original home. I know the outcome will be positive, and that I will have her teams support throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED Whatever I say here wont do justice to how amazing she is. She worked on a property as the buyers agent, and we had an issue with the sellers agent. She worked day and night to get the deal closedaEUR"emailing, texting, calling, literally 7 days a week. Anytime I emailed or texted, she always responded fast. She even found someone to inspect the property and get some work done on the house. Id called almost every contractor in the area, but the one she found got the job done the next day, cheapest price out of all of them, and did an absolutely great job. If youre looking for a real estate agent, just go with her. Shes amazing. I cant recommend her enough.
