Myrietta Leach - Keller Williams Realty

Our house was on the market for maybe 3 days before Myrietta had a buyer!! I have worked with Myrietta and Curtis in the past and hands down they are at the top in their field. You wont be disappointed, they work extremely hard for their clients. We couldnt be happier!! Thank you both so much !

Marietta is the best! She was always available, calling back within minutes, answered all of our questions, kept us updated on the process. She is very knowledgeable of the area and was so patient with us as we were looking for a very specific type of property. She worked well with the seller's realtor and was always very professional, making sure that all of our concerns were heard. You can absolutely put your trust and faith in Marietta!

Myrietta is the BEST! I have been speaking to her for over a year about finding investment properties in Hays. She has always kept in touch and brought me properties in my parameters. But when she truly shines is once you are under contract! Myrietta is a great negotiator, knows every trades person in town and can get things done easily and quickly. I will be buying many properties through Myrietta!

Marietta did a great job looking for a buyer for my commercial property. She sold my property fairly quickly and she kept me imformed throughout the process!

We want to give Myrietta and Curtis a heartfelt thank you for selling our mothers home. We listed it the end of September and sold within two months. They made the whole experience absolutely stress free. Thank you again for everything, it is a pleasure to know you both. Sandy Cearley
