ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta is the BEST! I have been speaking to her for over a year about finding investment properties in Hays. She has always kept in touch and brought me properties in my parameters. But when she truly shines is once you are under contract! Myrietta is a great negotiator, knows every trades person in town and can get things done easily and quickly. I will be buying many properties through Myrietta!

ZillowVERIFIED Marietta is the best! She was always available, calling back within minutes, answered all of our questions, kept us updated on the process. She is very knowledgeable of the area and was so patient with us as we were looking for a very specific type of property. She worked well with the seller's realtor and was always very professional, making sure that all of our concerns were heard. You can absolutely put your trust and faith in Marietta!

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta sold two of my properties in very short time when interest rates were rising. She answered any questions I had promptly, was knowledgeable of the local market and great at negotiating. She knew I wanted both properties sold before the beginning of 2022 and made sure it happened. She handled unique and complicated situations effectively that occurred during the process of selling the properties. I strongly recommend Myrietta as a Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta is nothing short of amazing! I had a terrible experience with a previous realtor and a coworker suggested I give Myrietta a call. She was extremely knowledgeable, up front and honest, detailed, organized, and punctual. She assisted us in finding the perfect house as well as assisted us with finding a new lender the day before our original closing date as my lender and I had issues. After we closed we needed a drain professional and Myrietta assisted in finding the perfect person for our needs. She made herself available in the evening for me and that was much appreciated since I am a night shift worker. She started off as my realtor and now she's a great friend. I will always recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta fell into my lap a bit as a realtor - and I'm so glad things worked out the way they did! We had a signed offer for full asking price in under 24 hours. She was so easy to communicate with, completely honest, and always had my best interest in mind. She was great at talking me down from a ledge a time or two - she knows the market, knows when to give a little, and when to stand strong. She was great from the beginning about providing realistic expectations and she was quick to respond to my millions of questions, either by phone, text, or e-mail. She gets things done and I can't recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta is seriously the BEST!!!! Not only did she complete the sale of our home, she went above & beyond! When we decided to take a break from having it aggressively on the market, not only did she find renters for our house, but she helped do all of the necessary tasks to be sure they were quality renters!!! She also helped to manage the property since we no longer lived in the community. I truly believe she does this job because she has a passion for helping her clients achieve the home buying or selling goals!!!! I cannot say thank you enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very appreciate of Myrietta's expertise and efforts to get my house at 512 W 15th St in Hays sold. From the moment I met her, I could tell that Myrietta knows the market. She was very helpful in guiding my wife and me to the right listing price for our house and goals. Myrietta was a great resource, connecting me to good tradesmen for needed minor repairs. She was a strong advocate for us. When issues came up with the agent working with the buyers, the buyer's lender, the appraiser, the inspector... Myrietta went to bat for us. Great job, Myrietta! Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta & Curtis were amazing to work with! Myrietta listed AND sold my home in a short period of time. Thanks to a government shut down, the closing process was delayed, but she kept me informed, and calmed my nerves, the entire time. If youre looking to buy, or sell, these guys know the market, and will help you all along the way!

ZillowVERIFIED I am scheduled to move to Hays KS for work and Myrietta assisted me with a house purchase. It was one of the most difficult closing I have ever dealt with due to house being a commercial property. Needless to say Myrietta was patient and gave me point of contacts to get the ball rolling. She took care of the closing of our home without me present as I am currently a deployed Soldier. I really appreciate how much she knew about the local businesses and I am not from Hays and I needed that person who knew who to talk to.

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta is very knowledgeable about the real estate in the area, and knew how to explain it to us. It is not about just selling a house, or finding the right one to buy. Myrietta knows what is selling, and what is not selling in the area. She had the knowledge of what people are looking for, and how many houses were on the market. She is the realtor that is there for the people, and their wants or needs. I would recommend her to anyone that asks.

ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta was the best. She made us feel like we were her only client. I was scheduled t b in town for one day and had a window of 4 hours. She showed us 12-15 homes including the one we ended up buying. It was a brand new listing not on her original list but she was on top of new listings so well that she added it to our list at the last hourShe also allowed me t feel like I was in charge. She is very capable of being in charge if client needs her t b but I think a true professional can adapt t the clients personality which she didI would highly recommend Myrietta Leach if anyone is looking t buy or sell in Hays, Kansas

She set up open houses, and did a fantastic job of getting my house sold. She has quick responses to any questions or comments that I had. ZillowVERIFIED Myrietta deserves more than 5 stars in so many ways!! We couldn't be more happy with the decision to choose Myrietta as our agent. She listens, cares and truly does everything she can to help you find the right home if you are buying and works hard to find a buyer who will love your home if you are selling. In today's world of high pressure and people generally looking out for only themselves, Myrietta is the exception to that rule and always keeps her clients best interest at heart which is why she is simply the best!!
