My Utah Agents

I could not be happier with Shannon! This was the fourth house we have purchased, and I finally see the value in having an agent. Shannon and her team helped us with everything at each step of the process, making sure we knew exactly what to expect and the timelines. They were extremely responsive, and when we wanted to see a house quickly because we knew it would go fast, they always found a way to make it happen.

I live in Utah and I inherited a house in Colorado Springs. I needed to find a Realtor to sell it for me. When you live in another state, what do you do? I knew right where to start. I emailed Shannon, who sold a home for me in the past and has kept in touch with me over the years. Shannon knew a Realtor in Denver, who knew a Realtor in the Springs. Shannon contacted Camellia on my behalf and left me in excellent hands. Camellia is a true professional and a former Utahn herself. She and her team went above and beyond, helping me get the house ready from long distance. Although it took a month to get it on the market, it sold in a day. What a great experience. And Shannon kept in touch throughout it all. If you havent worked with Shannon before, I heartily recommend you get in touch with her if you need to sell (or buy) a house in another state (or in Utah). She is awesome.

Shannon is amazing!!! We have been blown away by how easy this process has been. She kept us informed from start to finish and her efficiency is unmatched! Such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend!!!!

Shannon did a tremendous job. We sold our home in 6 days. Her team came in and staged our home. We were under contract within 6 days. She did a great job. She also found us a new home in a month and a half which we love. I would highly recommend her. She is very talented and professional. She did a great job on not only selling our home but in finding us a new home.

Five-Time Client I cant recommend Shannon Olsen and her team highly enough. Ive now had the opportunity to work with Shannon five different times, both buying and selling. She has consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. Most recently, she sold my house after just 5 days on the market and had everything closed and funded only 3 weeks later. From pricing and marketing the home to communicating throughout the entire process, Shannon made what can be a stressful experience feel remarkably easy. What keeps me coming back to Shannon is her professionalism, knowledge of the Utah market, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to her clients. After working with her five times, I wouldnt consider using anyone else. If youre looking for a realtor in Utah who knows what shes doing and will work hard to get the job done, I highly recommend Shannon Olsen!
