We reached out to her based on her online reviews to purchase a property in Utah. She was extremely patient with us since we didnt know the area and she gave us all the knowledge we needed to feel confident putting in an offer. We went into escrow and she was on top of every detail and giving advice along the way as to which inspections she recommended which ended up saving us from buying a property with $20K plus of unexpected issues! The seller ended up defaulting and Shannon caught it and even sent over the section of the real estate law they violated so we were able to get our inspection fees covered. She has my complete trust and I hope I have the chance to work with her again!
