MY Townhome

I moved from out of state and Erica was amazing to work with. She helped me learn the area, review HOA covenants, and guided me on selecting the right home for me.

after months and months of looking for a rental on our own and finding nothing, we finally found erica and we are SO glad we did! she was incredibly helpful and we were able to sign a lease days later for our new rental home. we cant recommend her enough, working with her was amazing!

Erica is a rockstar!! As first-time homebuyers in a competitive market, my girlfriend and I were nervous to start the homebuying process and didnt quite know what to expect. From our initial conversation to closing day, Erica was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was friendly, quick to schedule showings and always prompt in communication. Erica offered great insight on the homes that we toured aEUR" I always felt that she had our best interest at heart. Once we found aEURoethe one,aEUR? Erica was quick to submit our offer and connect with the sellers agent to ensure that we got the home. She was also a great resource, even after our offer was accepted. She connected us with a great mortgage company, home inspector and contractor for future painting/improvements. We closed in three weeks and are happily moved into our new home, all thanks to Erica! I have recommended Erica to all of my family and friends looking to buy a home. Thank you so much!

Erica was absolutely incredible!! She is, hands down, the fastest, most attentive realtor Ive ever worked with! She made the whole process so smooth and easy! I am forever grateful for this gem of a human!

I used Erica to purchase a home and sell my condo. Not only was she able to get creative with my purchase and to get some money off in this crazy market, she was also able to get 10%+ over my asking price when selling my condo. I will be using Erica for all my real estate needs in the future and will be recommending her to all my friends, family, and coworkers.
