For any services that do not fall under his role as a realtor, he has excellent local contacts -- which made everything from our home loan to homeowners insurance super easy. He couldnt have been more professional, engaging or helpful as he guided us through the process of finding the perfect home and ultimately a successful closing. Tony was a FANTASTIC realtor and a pleasure to work with!! He was always there to answer any questions and helped us through the process of buying our first home. He created a great experience for us as we looked at several different houses in one day while we were visiting Arizona and had limited time. He planned out an efficient and fun agenda for us and never was pushy or intrusive. He was very transparent and honest and professional. The Military moved us from the East Coast to Arizona, my home state and my husband and I decided that its a great place to look for a potential forever home! At first, the thought of having a realtor wad not on our mind as weve heard stories of most being pushy and for themselvesaEUR| so we didnt know what to expect but we crossed paths with Jake via Zillow and he has been the perfect agent we couldve asked for! We were met with EXTREME patience, understanding of our decisions even if a day was full of looking at homes we didnt end up liking. Through our changes in what we wanted in a home and timing, he was there through it all! Though we connected through Zillow during our home search, my husband and I had also been going to new build communities. When we decided on a home with a builder, they told us we werent allowed to have Jake work with us through the process. Even though we were basically set for the home, Jake continued to check up on us and provide us with resources since weve requested. Didnt know anything about home buying. When life things started to hit the fan and we had to pull out of the first home, Jake was there to help us with their new goals. Sticking with us, even though it wouldnt have benefited him that first round , says so much about the kind of person Jake is. As I mentioned before, we value everything about Jakes work and positivity through it. His willingness to show us homes with so much patience was great. We in no way felt pressured while looking at any home. He would give us advice about homes that were clearly not the right ones. He could tell they werent and he made sure we knew the pros and cons. You may have heard of crazy/rushing realtors but Jake is all about his clients! Hes not looking to just make a sale, hes looking to help others make huge decisions. Theres so much we can say about how great Jake treated us from the very first day and beyond our closing day. We will always recommend him when friends or family are in need of a realtor. Rick was so helpful and understanding with me as this was my first time buying a home. I had lots of questions. He explained everything to me patiently and honestly. He helped the process move along as smoothly as possible too. Not only did he show me places but cared more about my safety as a young female rather than just a sale as some people only care about that.
