We were combining our 2 homes into one and we each had our own "requirements" in a new home. I met Matt through a Zillow listing and he will be my real estate agent forever! He is the most genuine person and truly cares that you end up where you belong. He spent countless hours following us around to different parts of town to find my Mom and I the perfect place to live and he more than succeeded. We couldn't be happier where we are and we wouldn't be here without Matt. We highly recommend Matt. ZillowVERIFIED Matt sold 2 houses for us this past summer, and we were extremely happy with the entire process. Matt helped us figure out where to price them and what updates/fixes we needed to do that would help us get the houses sold, as close to asking price as possible, and as quickly as possible. There were some pricier fixes we thought we were going to need to do but Matt advised on what he thought, which excluded those things we thought we were going to need to update. That saved us a lot of time and money. We were very pleasantly surprised with how quickly we had multiple offers on both houses- both were on the market for less than a week. He knows what buys are looking for and which updates are not worth the time or money. We were able to get full asking price on both houses. Matt is also a master negotiator and negotiated on our behalf when it came to any repairs that were discovered during the inspection. Overall Matt made the entire process easy, stress free, and we were very happy with the final selling price of both houses. If we hadn't moved out of state we would definitely be using Matt for any future purchases or sales. We really appreciate how easy Matt made the entire process and we're very happy with how much each house sold for.

Heres the thing, you figure with referral services they may not get as much in commissionaEUR|well if thats true it did not reflect in Matts service. He built a genuine relationship, I wasnt just a referral, I was a person. We connected on personal levels and he stood with me through this INSANE market we are in. I ended up in an amazing home and he did an amazing job the entire way. With some many people wanting your business in the real estate market I can honestly say Matt is one of the good ones, hes trustworthy, honest and plays by the rules. Would use him again!!

ZillowVERIFIED Zillow linked me to Matt about3 weeks into my property search and we didnt look back. The local market was saturated with buyers/bidders looking for the same property as I was, while the inventory on sale was scarce. I had already lost one property due to technical issue and another due to my lack of decision making. Matt stepped in and advised looking into an area just outside my original boundaries. Though properties were rare, we waited and with his positive attitude we weathered the calm and it started to pickup. Not to say we immediately found gem, but at least we were able to find ones to look at, and walk from. He pointed out flaws and warning signs that would cause us to continue looking,and also the pluses and unique things that his experienced eye caught. towards the end of our search I bid on 2 properties a week apart,both lost on the seller wanting a different concession that I could not meet. Matt remained positive and encouraging thru a short dry spell viewings and i was rewarded with an available property that he just found out about. A buyer just backed out of a view packed property and convinced me to take a look. It didnt have a coveted garage, but he knew the views and living space would meet everything else I was looking for... and he was right. More advice on the offer details and it worked out in the end. Matt maintained communication throughout the entire purchase to keep me informed and on top of what was required. A turbulent closing/moving day ended the process with Matt in contact and finding the answers.

ZillowVERIFIED On the day we met Matt, we were just poking around the Arizona area. We werent ready to buy a home. He offered to to take us around Northern Scottsdale for a couple of hours. I told my husband that he was exceptionally kind and helpful. I think this guy is some angel. Its no coincidence that we met him. Hes going to find us a house one day. We told Matt that we werent in any hurry to buy.....maybe a year or two. He didnt apply any pressure, but he did ask us what our non negotiable items were. We gave him a list of about 10 things. About a month or two later, he dropped us a line....I think I found your home! Sure enough, it had everything we wanted. We were a bit unprepared, but he helped us put in a masterful bid and we bought that home the following week. What I appreciated the most was how attentive he was and how he listened to what our vision was for our dream retirement home. Believe it or not.....we bought the house without seeing it in person. He did the walk through and followed up on what we needed. He was our eyes and ears, and we could be more appreciative. On the day we got our keys...he had a beautiful customized sign made for us to welcome The Gawronski Family to Arizona. Matt went above and beyond my expectations....and I was the one who called him an angel early on.
