Call Sharon! She is very patient, personable and professional. Sharon worked very hard to help find my retirement home that marked all the boxes, Including a place that would accept my fun loving golden doodle. Florida seems to only like dogs 25 lbs or under. Sharon was open to looking any and EVERYWHERE. We even went on an all day road trip, thankfully because and that's how I found my new home ??. She keeps her clients' best interest in mind through the entire process. When I downsize Sharon will be the one I call!

Tushar was great to work with. As we were remote we had a lot of questions as we could not see the houses in person but Tushar was really patient and did not pressurize us or push us in any buying decisions. We entered the a peak sellers market and its not the easiest as an out of state buyer. Tushar was also very responsive and accessible on all the channels of communication, emails, text or phone calls. Our closing was also very smooth with Tushar providing timely updates and tracking.

Rachel is awesome! I don't even have the words to describe how dedicated she is to her clients. We are from out of state and she is someone you can absolutely trust! She will give you her most honest opinion! She helped my Parents find the perfect lot and guided us through the whole process with the home builder. My Parents had their closing is now just waiting for their house to be built! My husband and I are now working with her! She found the best waterfront lot for us that we thought was impossible to find (with seawall, no owls, etc)!!! Waiting to close in the next few days! Along with that, she has connected us with a couple of home builders and she's so quick to set appointments to FaceTime with us to show us different home models... She is absolutely the best advocate for her clients! She goes above and beyond!!
