We had a lot of questions about selling our property as non-residents of the US. Tracey walked us through the process and we felt very confident that the sale would go smoothly - and it did. The property sold within 3 days of listing. Tracey helped keep all parties on track right up to closing. The Title Company she recommended worked with us to complete all the paperwork from Canada and we didn't have to return for the closing. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I moved down to the Cape area earlier this year and we were in need of a home. The market was hot and prices were rising fast. We initially worked with a different realtor but due to some family issues, we were introduced to Tushar! He was able to show us a multitude of homes in and out of our range just to get a feel of what we wanted. We did bid on three homes, but they all fell through due to the crazy market and cash offers! After our failed bids, Tushar and his wife then showed us a brand new build from a local construction company and we had a very tough choice after that. We eventually decided to build new because of the discouraging market and wait it out the build process. Throughout all of this, Tushar was a big help to us with all the first time home owner's questions we had, especially because we were from a different state! He truly went above and beyond to find our new home and we can't thank him and his wife enough for the time they spent helping us!

ZillowVERIFIED Three cheers for Tracey! She hung in there while dealing with a very difficult buyer (me). She was always friendly, helpful, and did not give up until we found a house. The story starts with us trying to make a challenging long distance move from California to Cape Coral, FL. Tracey took over after our first agent gave up (I guess I was looking at too many houses and he wanted a quick sale). She helped us find a house we liked, negotiated a deal far below asking and went through the entire escrow with us only to have the buyer for our California house drop out on closing day (a couple days before our new Cape Coral house was set to close). We had already shipping our car and everything we owned to Florida and were on the road driving (in Texas) when we found out. Tracey picked up our car from the shipper and helped us find a rental. Our house sale falling through caused us to loose our new house in Cape Coral to another buyer. Tracey did not give up, she hung in there for months while we searched and searched and searched for a replacement home. We finally found one and Tracey went to work getting us the deal we needed (again far below asking). We couldn't of done it without her. Thank you Tracey!

She was actually called in on short notice to fill in for another stellar reviewed realtor, Douglas Spruill, who specializes in helping military veterans. Tracey clearly has some very different skill sets, but all the same, she is beyond-any-doubt worth her weight in gold; very intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful. She helped my girlfriend and I make quick work of what houses were available to make a move on. Many obstacles got in the way of the deal, but she helped us navigate them all with relative ease: difficult parties, parties with multiple disabilities, parties not talking or responding, nosy neighbors, estate sales, garage sales, compressed schedules, shifting deadlines, renovations, etc. Very little went smoothly, which wasn't necessarily anybody's fault. Life doesn't always play nice. Very briefly, I thought the deal was on life support, but MVP Realty (and especially Tracey), never gave up on me. A couple of stumbling blocks could have easily resulted in an unsuccessful deal; but Tracey insured that it was nothing short of success, because she is solution oriented. There are realtors out there who have a tendency to end up becoming a "part of the problem"; something I learned the hard way a couple of months prior to working with MVP.
